Each time we make a stable release, I update the installer to use the latest java 11 and tomcat 9 release.
I have been hacking on the installer, so now you can select a custom lucee.jar version, so you could install 5.3.8.201 or 6.0.0.381 using the latest 5.3.10.120 installer
