Unable to create JIRA account

Evening, All.

I tried to create a JIRA account so I can raise an issue I’ve been having (
Redirecting to Google Groups). Unfortunately,
I was unable to create the account due to ‘no default groups for JIRA
Administrator’ (see attached screengrab).

Any ideas, because I’d really like to get an answer for the original Lucee
issue, and that’s not going to happen unless I can raise a JIRA ticket.

Hi Peter, can you confirm the steps you took to create the account? I just
saw a new user come through 2 days ago.

The process should be the same as this one I documented for ColdBox–
except you’d be doing it on the Lucee one:
