What difference made in bundles “active” or “not loaded” ?
I have a bundle not loaded
Jackcess “not loaded”
Jackcess (com.healthmarketscience.jackcess)
A pure Java library for reading from and writing to MS Access databases.
But it is working. I can create datasources to Access files through other driver ODBC.
So “active” status is not necessary ?
