Test Tomcat 11 Installers

Some more test installers, this time with Tomcat 11 (not with Alma linux fixes just yet)

Lucee Express now uses the latest Tomcat 9 or 10

Ok, I’ve knocked up a PR patched the installer build and attached test Tomcat 11 installers to the ticket, it passes the smoketest, please try them out https://luceeserver.atlassian.net/browse/LDEV-5377?focusedCommentId=58953 [image] I’ve done a lot of unpaid on all this, Lucee needs more financial support from all our users!

All the 6.2.1 and newer distributions now bundle Tomcat 11
