Smtp Mail Server connections to outlook office 365

Has anybody come across this error in your Lucee Mail Log files?

storedrv.clientsubmit; sender thread limit exceeded . Apparently Microsoft has made some changes to authenticated smtp emails being sent.

If so, has anybody found a workaround?
