Slow performance since updating to 5.3.2.077

Good afternoon, I have a client who recently updated to version 5.3.2.077 and now users are experiencing long load times for their website. More memory was allocated to the site, and it is not even close to maxing out the resources on it. I am not familiar with this application so any direction you can point me would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Why such old versions of java and lucee?

Did you turn on debugging to see what is taking so long?
Network Performance in browser dev tools?

And update Java and tomcat for security problems.
