Running multiple sites under "just Lucee"

I have a fresh install of “just Lucee” based off of the
lucee-5.0.0.254-pl0-windows-installer (I know that it includes a
variation/version of Apache). What I am wanting to do is setup multiple web
sites in this installation versus having to explicitly install the full
Apache/Lucee installation set.

Is this possible? I checked the “usual” config file locations and can not
see any of the typical server.xml, etc. configuration files.

I was unable to find any online guides or how-tos for setting up different
sites, each with their own different physical root folder. I know I can put
more than one application within the default application tree but that is
not what I want to do.

Is this just not possible? Thanks.

I suggest you try the express installer. You should find the configuration
files in the standard location, and it is fine to use in production afaik.
