I have a Railo 3.x on Resin web server running on a Windows 7 Prof 64 computer as a local test box for a few years, all is fine, until recently the computer’s CPU went off roof (100%) all the time, and I noticed that javaw.exe consumes 48 of CPU resource and svchost.exe consumes 45 of CPU resource, and I can’t touched neither of them. At this point, the computer is hardly usable (excessively slow) and the web server’s response is also excessively slow.
Thoughts?
