The IIS Manager doesn’t show the files. The index.cfm is actually in the cf folder in the screenshot.
are you running this on a rasberry pi or windows (I’m confused) (assuming from pi-zero folder)
you might also want to give the iis user permissions if on windows (IIS_IUSRS)
