The official MariaDB Docker Linux Containers, running on a Windows Host using the Windows Linux Subsystem (v2) - suffers from a Microsft bug that was reported in May 2022 and is still unresolved.

Crashes the MariaDB server if you attempt to create an index AFTER creating a Foreign Key.
