Just merged in some PRs for the PDF Extension, enjoy!

  • LDEV-3262 cfdocument incorrectly appends charset to content-type
  • LDEV-3215 Copy restricted PDF merge, “PdfReader not opened with owner password”
  • LDEV-3935 cfdocumentsection ignores cfdocument margins attributes
  • LDEV-967 cfpdf - action - thumbnail
  • LDEV-3015 Incompatibility - When using action = extracttext with cfpdf
