Lucee 5 stable update failing

When updating Lucee to latest stable build 5.2.1.9 I get an error message “java.util.zip.ZipException: error in opening zip file”. I am running 5.1.1.65

In my patch directory I see the 5.2.1.9.lco file and its size is 68KB and it will not unzip for me.

When I download the core patch file from http://cdn.lucee.org/rest/update/provider/download/5.2.1.9 it is also 68KB and does not unzip.

Has anyone else encountered the same issue today when updating?

I have tested this on multiple windows installations with the same results.

Thanks, I am now seeing complete downloads of update 5.2.1.9
