Lucee 5.3.9.61-SNAPSHOT now supports M1 Macs

Just merged in native M1 support for Macs in Lucee 5.3.9.61-SNAPSHOT

Please try it out via CommandBox, Java 17 should also work

RC1 comes out next week, we’ve just been battling getting rid of the last vestiges of log4j1, it ain’t easy

I’ve updated the Lucee 6.0 and 5.3 build processes to avoid this problem in the future
