Good afternoon. I have what might be a basic, and silly question. I have a
64-bit Dell computer, on which I have successfully installed LinuxMint
18.1, and a working LAMP server.
My goal is to set up a Lucee server on my localhost machine, and learn to
use Lucee.
Should I install the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Lucee 5.0.1.85?
I look forward to learning and using Lucee. Thank you for your time.
If your Linux Mint is 64bit then go for 64bit, otherwise 32bit.
Lucee itself is the same for both the 64bit and 32bit versions. The
difference is in the Java Runtime Environment which can only be 64bit if
your OS is 64bit.
