In Lucee you really do not need JavaLoader, you can specify the path to the jar file as the 3rd argument of createObject(“java”, className, path)

I’m using that option more and more where possible, but there’s one crucial thing JavaLoader does which Lucee still apparently cannot: dynamically reload jars loaded this way without needing to restart the engine.
