Error compiling mapping after upgrade to Lucee 5

I just upgraded my local machine from 4.5 to 5 according to the
instructions on Upgrading from Lucee 4.5 :: Lucee Documentation.
When I tried to use the compile part of the Mappings section ( just to make
sure the code base would compile ok after the upgrade ), I get this
following error:

lucee.runtime.config.ConfigServerImpl cannot be cast to lucee.runtime.config
.ConfigWeb

Has anyone seen this error?

I was not able to reproduce the issue, do you have more input for me?
a java stacktrace maybe? Maybe from the application.log?
