Please Help! I upgraded from Lucee 5 to Lucee 6 (6.1.0.243) and it went fine. I then did a “Merge and Switch” and it said to wait, but it never finished. After an hour waiting, I tried to hit the Admin site again and now I get the following error:
Lucee [6.1.0.243] - Error (Missinginclude)
Page [/lucee/admin/server.cfm] [C:\lucee\tomcat\lucee-server\context\context\admin\server.cfm] not found
When I look in the folder, there are no files under C:\lucee\tomcat\lucee-server\context\context\admin\ I only see a bunch of folders, but none of them have and cfm files in them:
cdriver
dbdriver
debug
gdriver
info
logging
mailservers
plugin
I’m running Windows Server 2022 and Apache Tomcat 9.0.62, but I don’t know how to determine the Java version.
Can someone please help me get my server back up and running?

Are the log files in WEB-INF/lucee/logs or Tomcat itself any help ?
Having the same problem myself.
The only log entries since that time are:

What’s the new admin URL supposed to be?
I was going to:
//localhost:8888/lucee/admin/server.cfm
and
//localhost:8888/lucee/admin/web.cfm
which now are both “Not Found”. Sure would be nice for the Switch function to create some redirects for our bookmarks. Or at the very least, a replacement file saying where to go.
How long should a “Switch” like this take?
Anything we can do to manually “undo” this?
FYI, the localhost_access_log.2024-08-15.txt log in /lucee/tomcat/logs/ you can see I attempted the server.cfm admin a few times and got 404 errors. No other logs in that directory have any entries during that time.
