So normally I use a script and disable just about everything installer, then manually install the needed extensions.

You can see the documentation extension from the lucee/doc/ page http://127.0.0.1:8888/lucee/doc/index.cfm.

Local docs aim to provide the docs for the lucee server you have when the official online docs provides for the recent stable release. So if you have a recent snapshot with some updated functions/tags or arguments/attributes, then your local docs provide docs for that functions/tags and arguments/attributes too.
