Can't produce a stacked bar chart

I’m trying to produce a stacked bar chart using with
seriesplacement=“stacked”, but the bars come out side-by-side instead of
stacked. Should this work ? It’s Lucee 4.5.1.022

I did not migrate it across to the Lucee bug tracker because I didn’t care

Same issue with lucee 5.3.2.77, bars come out side-by-side
