Blank error e-mails


We have just moved from CF6 to Lucee. When we receive an error we get an e-mail sent to us, but sometimes it is blank, other times it has the error in it. We can see the error message in the browser.

Can someone help me with where to start looking? I appreciate it’s a very basic question, but we’ve looked around and I can’t find the answer (not to say there isn’t one)
