We requested some years ago help from ortus: Support & Consulting
Depending on your location, anyone els could be better (timezone, language,…)
So are you recommending them ( ortus ) … or not?
I suppose he meant that if the timezone and language fit our needs, he recommend them. Otherwise we need to find an alternative.
For now I’m in a discussion with epicenterconsulting. I know them because of Ben Nadel. I trust them just for that.

I work at Ortus and we have pre-paid support plans or ad-hoc hours. We have people in US and EU time zones and have staff who are fluent in English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese. Response times vary on what level of support plan you have.

I’m working with a large French-speaking client in Quebec right now, but their English is good enough we have no issues
