It looks like that the express version of 6.1.0.228-RC contains an old tomcat version

see the RELEASE-NOTES file at the root of the zip file

thanks for letting us know, @Zackster can you please take care of it.
We also need to prepare for Lucee 6.2 to use tomcat 10, that will need another endpoint for the servlets.
