following on from post about using iText for cfpdfform tag

Are the plans for Lucee to use PDFBox?
I found this whist googling for cfml projects

Lucee already loads an old version of PDFBox (0.7.3).

I use a more recent version via JavaLoader though as it fixes a bug I
