The express version is already using tomcat 8…
I assume that Denny build process does as well, I will look into it this
weekend. Yes lucee 4.5 is supporting everything from 6-8.

Hey Micha,
Quick question on this: is Lucee officially supported on Tomcat 8 and Java
8 at the moment? I’m asking because the EoL of Java 7 is on it’s way
(April) and was thinking this might be a good time to also make the jump to
Tomcat 8.

No, there are only stable releases (stable update provider), this is a dev
release…

Should this also be available on the download site on bitbucket?
Thanks.

Every new version gets a tag in git, part of this tag are the release
notes. Igal has a tool in place to read this info automatically from git,
we plan to add this app to the website asap, then we can read the release
notes directly from git.

Come on Adam, you didn’t look very hard, it’s on the front page of the

TBH, it didn’t occur to me to look there; it only occurred to me to
search the lucee website. I expect to find stuff on Lucee on the Lucee
website. That Lucee has source code stored @ bitbucket.org is
“implementation detail”.
That said, as I just pointed out to my friend (and I really was asking
for a friend), there is this tool, too: LMGTFY - Let Me Google That For You. And that
kinda finds them nicely.

Nice one!
