Appears to be a security issue? How to fix ?

Firefox : default directory : Forbidden.
Firefox : website directory : Blank page.

Google : default directory :
This site can’t be reached
127.0.0.1 refused to connect.

Google website directory :
This site can’t be reached
127.0.0.1 refused to connect.
