Quick question, does Lucee run on Windows XP? I’ve been away from serious web
development for about three years and want to upgrade my local development
environment on my old Windows XP machine. I am currently running Railo 3.3 on my
dev box. I want to upgrade a Mura install from 5.6 to the latest version (6.2)
and noticed that Mura 6+ needs Railo 4+ to be able to run. I think I also read
somewhere that Railo 4+ isn’t supported on WinXP. So, would Lucee work for me?

I’m sure you have a good reason for using an unsupported operating system,
but as Java isn’t supported on it, I wouldn’t expect much else to be…
That said, it’ll probably run fine. Did you try it ?

It java 7 will run on the box then Lucee should run too. It normally comes
down to what java version will run.
