If anyone is interested, my company has been running Railo/Lucee for many
years now. As a need to run Lucee on windows my developers have developed
an exe that will run Lucee as a service. I know that is not unique, but a
unique feature is the ability to configure a “check” url that the service
will monitor. Upon finding an unresponsive app after a set threshold the
service will restart the java process. When the failure happens you can
configure a list of phone numbers to have twilio SMS you at. We will also
be adding support for Slack messages in the very near future. If anyone is
