We noticed a change to the error struct created by Lucee on the
5.0.1.60-SNAPHOT. The keys codePrintHTML and codePrintPlain are now empty
in the TagContext of Lucee’s error struct.

This breaks (well, renders it less useful!) our bespoke BugTracker
application designed for Lucee, but anyone using Coldbox and their default
BugReprt.cfm error page should notice the blank lines as well.
I don’t know if those 2 structKeys are unofficial and so we oughtn’t rely
on them or if this is a bug and just needs to be addressed in an update?
5.0.1.70-SNAPSHOT passes all of our tests. Thank you, Micha for the quick
