lsDateFormat - mask for minute

There was a fair bit of discussion on Railo list about mask character for
minute ‘m’ or ‘n’

I took a look at Lucee Docs
LSDateTimeFormat() :: Lucee Documentation

which has broken URL to java docs (I have submitted patch to new URL)

https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/java/text/SimpleDateFormat.html
which has ‘m’ form minute, but Lucee returns Month - which is capital ‘M’

So where are things at in Lucee with masks??–

do we talk about lsDateTimeFormat or lsDateFormat, because this function
are not using the same pattern.
