JDBC CommunicationsException error with AWS Aurora MySQL

In the past week or so, I have come across two such MySQL communication failure reports. Is there perhaps a recent change in the MySQL driver?

Hey guys, For some reason, can’t make DB connections on my lucee app I’m getting this error: “Communications link failure The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.” [image] My first thought was that something on the security groups was blocking the DB connection but that’s not the issue as I downloaded mysql workbench on the server and I’m able to successfully connect.
