I wonder if it is possible, or even desirable, to set an index on fields in
internal query object?
I guess SAP offers this on their internal tables.
Would this speed up the performance on internal query objects even more?
Would this be difficult to implement?

Internal table means the table that dbtype query uses?
Coz, I’ve seen dbtype queries are too slow in lucee compares to acf
