FileInfo vs GetFileInfo

FileInfo() calculates a checksum hash, GetFileinfo() doesn’t, so it’s faster!

I’ve updated the docs for both to explain this, I went on the same journey

GetFileInfo is really slow in 5.3, use FileInfo instead if possible

Just discovered that GetFileInfo() is really slow in 5.3, i.e. 188ms, compared to 4.5 or ACF. Use FileInfo instead if possible for an easy performance win https://luceeserver.atlassian.net/browse/LDEV-2505
