After your last post, I went back to spin up another instance to see if I could get the same results you did.
When I was configuring the instance, I noticed an issue with the default subnet - it was not set to allow private DNS.
I created a new subnet that allowed this, created new instances based on my DB & Lucee boot volumes and I can now send email via Luceed without issue.
I have had the Oracle account for over a year and never noticed that before (nor did I change it because you can’t change that option once the subnet is created.
